Q: What is SQUIX?
A: SQUIX is the first online retailer for innovative, germ-fighting and all natural cleaning needs. We’re a one-stop shop for all your germ fighting needs.
Q: What does the name mean?
A: Great question. SQUIX is a new word for a new category of products focused on fighting dirt, grime and germs. SQUIX has curated the very best in cleaning and innvoative products to keep you and your family healthy and safe at home, at the gym or on the go.
Q: What products do you carry?
A: SQUIX is the first retailer focused on innovative germ-fighting and all natural cleaning products. From ground-breaking innovations to everyday items, they’re all here. You’ll find brands you love as well as discover new ones you’ll soon wonder how you lived so long without.
Q: What is triclosan and do you carry products that contain it?
A: Triclosan is an ingredient found in some consumer products to reduce or prevent bacterial contamination. The bad news is triclosan has been linked to a handful of adverse health effects. The FDA continues to investigate the ingredient and to date hasn’t banned its use, but at SQUIX we’re not taking any chances. You will not find any product that contains triclosan on SQUIX.com. Absolutely none.
QBox Subscription
Q: How do I subscribe to the SQUIX QBox?
A: It’s super easy. Answer a few questions to help us understand your household needs and we’ll recommend products that meet those needs. But don’t worry, you can always customize your QBox with brands or products you want. We have more than 75+ products to choose from. From everyday household products to innovative items, we have germ-fighting and all-natural cleaning options for every area of your life in and out of the home.
Q: What comes in the Introductory QBox?
A: We are offering an Introductory QBox ($2.99 + $4.95 discount shipping) to help you get started and to try some of our favorite germ-fighting and cleaning products. Each Introductory QBox comes with 1 full-size item plus 2 fun gifts.
Q: How soon will my first full-size QBox ship?
A: Your first full-size QBox will ship approximately 7 days after you receive your Introductory QBox order. You will get an email letting you know it’s time to review your order and make any changes 3 days before the QBox order is processed.
Q: How much does a QBox subscription cost and what comes in each full-size QBox?
A: The full-size QBox is $15.98 plus $5.95 shipping. It includes three curated, full-size products and you can customize two items every month, plus a free gift that has a value of $10 or higher. You’ll also get double the rewards points (30 points) with every shipment. And you’ll get exclusive germ-fighting and cleaning content, sneak previews of innovative products and special sales and offers.
Q: Can I customize my products?
A: Absolutely. We’ll recommend three products for you every month, and you can edit two of those products by going to QBox section of your My Account page. You can customize products, change or hold a shipment date. With more than 75 products to choose from, you’ll always find the right products to meet your germ-fighting and cleaning needs.
Q: Can I add more than three products to my QBox?
A: Of course! And, when you do, it ships at the discounted shipping rate if it’s done at the same time as the QBox shipment.
Q: How often will I get my QBox?
A: We have two convenient frequency options...monthly or every other month. You can choose what works best for you. Plus, you can pause or move your shipment as needed.
Q: How will I know when my next QBox will be coming?
A: Just go to My Account and click on QBox and you’ll see the next shipment date. If you need to get it sooner or move the date back a little, just edit the date and we’ll take it from there. If your next QBox has already shipped, you can also find your tracking number to see when it will arrive.
Q: Can I skip or hold a shipment?
A: Yep, no problem! You can hold your monthly QBox as often as you need to. No hassles, no worries.
Q: Can I send my QBox to another address?
A: You bet! The QBox will still be under your name, but you can ship the box to any address you wish (as long as it’s in the US). Surprise a friend, share with your mom or kid at college, share with whomever you like. Just remember the next QBox will ship to the primary address you’ve selected, so if you want to permanently change an address, update your account information in My Account.
Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
A: You can cancel any time. Seriously. We’d love to keep you as a subscriber, but if you’d like to cancel, call our awesome-sauce customer service team at 844-376-7567 Monday-Friday, 8:30 – 5 pm CST. It’s part of our QPromise. Your happiness is guaranteed.

Q: How do I earn QReward Points?
A: There are all sorts of ways to earn points. And, when you become a subscriber to QBox, there are even MORE ways to earn. Check it out!

Q: How does the QReward Program work?
A: QRewards is a great way for you to earn discounts to buy the products you can’t live without on SQUIX.com. It’s totally free to sign up and it’s available to anyone that sets up an account. Create an account and start earning points, then use those points and earn discounts up to 10% off any future purchase. You don’t have to keep track of anything on your end. We’ll do that for you. You can check out your point balance and history anytime in the My Account section under QRewards.
Q: Do points expire?
A: Nope. You earned them, you keep them. They’re yours to use whenever you’re ready. But, hey—why sit on them? Every 250 points you earn 10% off. Put those babies to work!
Q: How can I see how many points I’ve earned?
A: You can check out your point status and balance any time. Go to My Account and then to QRewards. It’s all there. If you’ve earned 250 points, get to it! You’ve earned a great reward!
Q: How do I redeem my points for a discount?
A: It’s easy. When you go to check out, if you have at least 250 points, you’ll see a box that gives you the option to use your points and get your discount right then and there. Just click the button and BAM! Discount applied.
Q: Can my discount be applied to my QBox subscription?
A: No, the QBox is the only exception to using your rewards. You earn double points on every QBox shipment, so you’re definitely adding up the points to use on other product purchases.
Q: Can I earn points even if I am not a subscriber to the QBox?
A: Well of course!! Subscribers and non-subscribers are a part of our QRewards program. Just set up an account and start earning! Earn for every dollar spent, earn for doing product reviews, earn for sharing/liking/pinning on social media, earn for referring friends and family that make a purchase. You’ll have tons of ways to earn QRewards points and earn discounts on purchases.
Q: How can I invite friends to subscribe or make a purchase from SQUIX?
A: What a great idea :). We’d love for you to spread the word to friends and families. Go to My Account and click on Referrals. You can tweet or facebook share a unique referral link out to your friends and family. Or you can send an email invitation. And when you do, we’ll give you 50 points when that referral makes a purchase. The more friends who make a purchase, the more points you earn! It’s a beautiful thing.
Q: How can I track my referral points?
A: We’ve got you covered. Go to My Account and click on Referrals. You can see and track if your unique referral code or email invitation was used to make a purchase. It’s all tracked here. Check it as often as you like!
Q: What if I ordered under a different email address not associated with my SQUIX account, can I still get my QRewards points?
A: Yes, but unfortunately we cannot link two different email addresses. But if you give us a call, once your order has shipped we can go in and move the points to your SQUIX account.
Billing & Payment
Q: What types of payment do you accept?
A: We accept credit in the form of Visa, MasterCard and Discover as well as PayPal payment. At this time we do not accept American Express. However, payment via American Express can be done so by linking your American Express card to your PayPal account and selecting PayPal as your form of payment. We also do not accept prepaid cards.
Q: When will my card be charged?
A: Once you submit your order for processing, we’ll obtain authorization for the total amount of your order from your credit card company. In the event your credit card is declined when we process your order we will email you to update your account information. Your card will be charged the same day as your order is shipped.
Q: How do I update my payment information?
A: Go to My Account and then QBox. You can update your credit card information there.
Q: What is the cost for QBox subscription?
A: The QBox is $15.98 plus $5.95 discount shipping. It includes three curated, full-size products and two free gifts. Plus, you’ll get double the rewards points with every shipment. In addition, you’ll get exclusive germ-fighting content, sneak previews of innovative products and special sales and offers.
Q: Will I be charged sales tax?
A: If your order is shipping to an address in the states of Missouri or Pennsylvania you will be charged sales taxes during checkout.

Q: Can I track my order
A: Of course! We will email you tracking information once your order has been shipped but you can also find this tracking information in “My Account” under “Orders”. You can see all previous orders and current orders on their way.
Q: Can I track my QBox trial package?
A: The QBox trial package comes via the US Postal Service and is not trackable. It should arrive in 7-10 business days.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: For all orders over $60, shipping is FREE. If your order is under $60, shipping charges will apply. For packages less than 9 lbs., the rate for FedEx Economy is $7.95. For packages over 9 lbs., or for any package sent Standard Overnight, we will calculate the rate for you based on the weight of the package and your zip code for the shipping method you select.
Q: How can I know when to expect my QBox to be delivered?
A: You can check on your QBox shipping date at any time. Go to My Account and QBox. You’ll see the date of the upcoming shipment, or you’ll see tracking information for the QBox that has just shipped.
Q: Where does QBox ship?
A: SQUIX delivers to the Continental US and APO (Military) addresses.
